Data retention
KYC images stay while the account is open and for the period the licence asks after closure. Session logs rotate. A ticket with a UTR can be kept longer than a demo click.

Who receives account data
- Payment rails: enough to post a UPI or IMPS and to pay you back.
- Game studios: what their client needs to run a round or a live seat.
- The Mumbai desk: tickets you send, including KYC images on email.
- The licence file: where Anjouan requires a report.
What we do not do
